It takes more than simply hanging out your shingle to become a Lennox Premier Dealer. To earn that designation, a dealer must meet a set of stringent requirements. The most important is the dealer’s participation in a program that puts their performance on the line. How they have interacted with their customers is the focus of the independently administered assessment. The program gives customers the opportunity to grade the HVAC contractor on every aspect of customer service and product knowledge.
Contractors who have met the high standards expected by the Lennox Company are invited to be a part of this select group of knowledgeable Premier Dealers. But it doesn’t end there. The dealership/contractor is expected to maintain those standards to keep the designation.
The “Premier” designation is important not only to the contractor but to its customers. Customers will be offered a selection of the best products in the home comfort industry from a manufacturer with a respected name and reputation. As a Lennox Premier dealer, companies have access to exclusive Dave Lennox Signature products that give Premier Dealers an advantage over the competition. It doesn’t stop there, as Premier Dealers are constantly reevaluated, and the findings are updated accordingly.
Lennox Premier Dealers are expected to practice their response to customers by listening and responding to the customers needs, then delivering the service expected.
